“So what's your story?...”

Founded by aviators Robin Leabman, Ryan Culver, and Jerry Clark, Windward Aviation was formed after recognizing a need in the market for more thorough and reliable ferrying and delivery of aircraft around the world. We aim to be the first choice for clients in need of aircraft acquisitions and logistics.

“Practice what you preach”

Exercising our Core Values of Honesty, Integrity, Trust, and Respect our mission is to make every mission a safe, financial, and regulatory success.

“Where in the world are you?”

Windward Aviation offers top-tier aircraft ferrying with up-to-date communications between the clients and our pilots. In addition to live global flight tracking, our company's transparency allows clients to have access to expense tracking during each trip. All of our pilots carry satellite telephones, so our dispatchers and our clients can reach them no matter where they are in the world.
