Director of Maintenance
At the helm of the Windward Aviation maintenance department is A&P mechanic Keith Skeie. He was worked with Windward for 10 years.
Born & raised in New York, I moved to Maui at the age of 21. I have worked on a variety of light, medium & heavy lift helicopters. When I am not working I love to be out on my fishing boat. It just does not get any better than this!
Michael Rand, Mechanic
Michael joined the Windward Aviation ‘ohana in 2020 bringing with him years of maintenance experience in the aviation industry. Michael has always had a passion for building & fixing things. In his free time he enjoys camping with his family & newborn.
Kenny Goo
Kenny is the glue that holds us all together. He’s spent his entire career working in aviation, primarily in Hawai’i. He supports the day-to-day operation of Windward Aviation and is a tremendous asset to the maintenance team.
Chris Reinsch, Mechanic
Chris joined the team at the beginning of 2023. After obtaining his A&P mechanics license, he went on to work as an aircraft tech for an airline company and then as a mechanic for a helicopter operator. In his free time Chris loves surfing.
